Empire axe grip

How much would a rough and fair price be for an empire axe grip with board etc? And will it fit on an invert mini?
Reason being I lent out my mini and my mate fried the board.

I bought the one from Phil which is now away being re-anno'd coz I thought it was black.
Do you need the grip or just a new board to fit inside ?
