Hi Mr Mods

Every time a new post is added to a thread i have posted on i get a email saying this and end up just clogging up my email, is there any way of stopping this???

Go to your User control panel and change it to Email me every week not daily.

Also when you post on a thread untick the box that says subscribe to this thread.

All done thanks, just needed a push on were to go

usercp>edit options and use the drop down menu for thread subscriptions. It is under the heading "default thread subscriptions" select "do not subscribe" and save before exiting.

There is the option to "unsubscribe" from that thread, in the email. When you have an item for sale or a wanted add, you'll appreciate the email prompts being on.
