David "Elephant Lover" Armstrong will return to play his first tournament since the failed "Elephant mounting" incident in January at the 2k4 event at Nottingham. So anyone wanting to make £250 this Sunday should take their video cameras to the PA.
I can almost guarantee he'll do something funny/stupid/tragic.
Send your tapes to "Kirsty's home videos".
Be quick as sky are there anyway........
He'll have to go some to beat the shattered collarbone, but we have faith in him.

:)

No animals were harmed in the making of this post.

However one inflatable elephant was horribly violated and may never recover.

Jose,

What happened to that elephant? I heard Disney were thinking of doing a feature length film along the lines of "Free Willy" (No Dale..that's not a special offer from those "happy" people who hang around outside CubaCuba :D )

I think they were struggling with a title tho..."The Elephant Man" was out for legal reasons...."Confessions of an Elephant Cleaner" was not really in line with their image...and last I heard production was postponed anyway 'cos the elephant is still in therapy. Apparently it hasn't "trumpeted" since and animal psycologists were trying to get it act out the incident using dolls...unfortunately they couldn't find an action man with a beer belly and the modified "My Little Pony" they used for an elephant didn't quite have the desired effect....but hey, only what I've heard...I mean, I'd be the last person to make up such rumors :D:D ;)

????? nope, just anyone who was playing at Nottingham in the first of the series 2004 games, or read any of the get well soon messages or stuff........... one of my lot severely hurt himself whilst jumping onto an inflateable elephant barricade at Bully's event....... lots of players asked after him and wanted to be kept posted on how he was........... he's now fit enough to play paintball again after lots of physio (four way fracture of the collarbone which required surgery and pinning)........ just posted for those that remembered.

Or maybe i should stick to relevent stuff we are all interested in like "if paintball was a robot" and "look at this picture of some crap off E-bay", sorry if it bothers ya mate..... but it's easier to ignore a thread with no personal relevance than to bother complaining....... in fact 90% of the internet is drivel, forwarded crap from other sites and self congratulating tripe.
I thought a player who's recovered from a major paintballing injury and is now fit to play was relevant to a paintball forum.
