The E-blade and the Race feel really different to one another. Mainly because of the chunky grips on the E-blade, compared to the normal 45 frame grips on the Race. When the E-blade came out, there were loads of threads about which was better so have a search and you might find what your looking for.
To be honest though, the best way to see which one you prefer is doing what Tyrone said and try them out in person.

Trigger feel is drastically different from one to the other, and the frames have a different feel as well, so you'd be best to just give 'em both a try and see which one you think is more comfy. You can't go wrong either way, they're both gonna give you a short, light trigger pull and electronic timing.

doesn't the race frame have a dome switch that is prone to wear?? and therefore bounce? e-blade is optic so shouldn't wear or bounce due to a fault. i've got an e-blade the grip is nice for big hands, the frame itself mows!! havn't shot a race so can't recommend the blade over it. but the e-blade is a very sorted upgrade.

does the race have an eye?

You can get an eye for the Race but you don't seem to see them that much. When I was deciding between the two, I got to try both on the same day, one after another and ultimately, even though I prefered the shape and size of the Race grip, I went for the E-blade simply because Planet aren't gonna go bust anytime soon. All their products are well made, whereas (not implying the Races aren't well made) at the time, I think Race was going through a rough patch financially(are they still?) so my decision ended up with the E-Blade. Damn nice it was too! :D

apparently race did go through a bad patch a while back due to some dealers in the usa shafting them (allegedly). iut´s all sorted now and production has begun again. race arent going anywhere either, ANS has bought the rights to use the race electronics in its new grip frame and they´ve made some funky eye covers as well. the race frame used to have a dome switch in its earliest incarnation but now has a leaf switch (same as impies). it simply rocks. i´ve briefly tried an eblade (on a stand not in a game) and went fro a race in th end. suited my style bgetter.
if you want to try a race frame find me at campaig nand you can have a play with mine, see what you think. as tyrone said tho. it´s down to what you like and what your used to.

p.s. race frames use a rechargeable battry good for 40k shots. eblade uses a 9v battery good for (so i´ve heard) anything between 2000 and 15000 shots. makes a big difference not having to buy loads of batteries

I have both, if you have a fast enough hopper, (ie Halo B) you don't need an eye.

Horses for courses, they both revolutionise the cocker. Sometimes I like the Race sometimes the E-Blade.

Both are excellent frames, Race triggers are small and light and E-B-Blades are something different.

Love them both, don;t think you can go wrong with either.
