Can a electronic hopper such as the standard 12v revy be turned off so that it works just as a normal non-agitated hopper? Believe it or not i have never used a 12v revvy b4 so i just wanted to know...

Yes it can, it has an on/off switch.
Though why you'd want to run it as a non-agitated hopper I can't guess

yes the paddleswould get in the way so u would have to keep on shaking it, always bring spare batteries with you!!!!!, it has alight to tell you low battery anyway
