Elbow Pad Sizing

Hello Stoney
Sorry if this sounds daft/stupid how do you get the right size elbow pad? is it lenght of arm? again sorry if it sounds daft never had them before lol

its really hard to say mate

totally depends on your body structure i would try before you buy mate

all i can say is i wear a Large pads and am quite a slim guy normal arms (what ever that is)
