With all the other Brand's announcing new signing's I think some people are missing the fact that Eclipse are also adding more and more teams to there roster too.
Ugly Ducks !
added 2/13/2006
As the Ego word spreads around the world more and more teams are bowing down to the Destructive power of the Ego’s. Frank from the Ugly Ducklings has been on my case for what seems like forever now and it’s finally time to bring the Ugly Ducklings back into the fold.
Frank from the Ugly Ducklings had this to say.
“Ugly Ducklings are happy to announce Planet Eclipse as our new marker sponsor with the EGO6. We have tried the Ego on a few occasions and were very impressed by its performance. Shortly after we had no choice but to approached Planet. And recently we received our new tools. We´re glad that Planet Eclipse chose to support us for this season, and we love our new guns. The team still consists of some “old” ducklings, and players who joined the team after the split in 2004, but have recently gotten new players on the roster. These, combined with new guns, will hopefully give us a new edge for 2006”.
It’s seems like Frank and the Ugly Ducklings have been with Planet on and off now for a very long time, I’m glad it’s back On. I think they will love their EGO6’s and I hope it brings them success in 2006.
Welcome to the Family.

Menace Sign !
added 2/7/2006
Without a doubt the European team of the season last year was Menace. They stood up to the plate and gave XSV a run for their money on more than one occasion. Menace had taken a new stance with regards to the training and commitment required to be number one in Europe and that increased intensity is one of the things that took Planet’s eye.
At the end of 2005 it was a pleasure to be approached by Menace to look into a sponsorship deal. With all the high profile teams looking to pick up Ego’s as there marker of choice for 2006 budgets had been squeezed, but Menace was one that was too good to miss. A deal was struck were Menace will be shooting the Eclipse XSV Ego’s, Wearing Eclipse Distortion Clothing, Eclipse Casual Clothing and Luggage as well as the Eclipse Shaft barrel systems.
Christian from Menace had this to say "We have used Planet marker upgrades from the start of our paintball careers and have learnt to appreciate the innovative and quality work they do. When we finally got the chance to use their top product, The Ego, we would not let that chance pass, and the fact that Planet Eclipse is a European company made the decision feel even more right."
Everyone at Planet Eclipse are very excited about having Oslo Menace on-board and we all hope that we can help them in there quest to be Europe’s number 1. We all wish them the success that their hard work and dedication deserves and also welcomes them into the Eclipse Family !!!
WELCOME !

New Ton Ton's
added 2/6/2006
When you get approached by players that you have known for years that have been synonymous with a rival company it’s always interesting to see where it goes. Since the very first time I spoke to Cyril (Job) it was obvious that not only were they very serious about forming a new team but the marker of choice for them for the 2006 season was the Ego. After a pretty quick negotiation a deal was struck and the new team Icon signed on the dotted line and took delivery of their Nexus 2006 Ego’s. Below is a press release sent in to the Planet HQ from Icon or DG Icon, as they will me known in the Millennium series.
ICON PRESS RELEASE
The new Team, Icon, is proud to announce they will shoot EGO markers from Planet Eclipse for the 2006 season.
From the beginning of our project, when 5 of us left TonTons, Eclipse was the first company to trust our team, by answering to our demand. Because the whole members of Icon really longed to shoot EGO for the upcoming season.
Our squad is formed by experimented players that have been several times crowned French Champions and European Champions in both pro and amateur categories, Planet Eclipse provided us the means to fight with the best for the Division I victory on the Millennium Series 2k6.
“We are very happy to get the markers we really needed. I think the EGO is really the gun to own in this new era of Paintball, it’s incredibly light, accurate and responsive.Moana Dubray, Icon Front Player
“The objective is to be in the top 2 teams in Div. I Millennium this year, and a big part of the way is done when you have the support & reliability of a company like Eclipse with you. It's very important for us to have good relationship with our sponsor, and to know that you can count on that person when you need it.” Cyril Job, Icon Front Player

Planet Eclipse would like to welcome Icon into the Eclipse family and wish them luck with this new French powerhouse team. They will be playing Div 1 as they said which looks like being a very hotly contested bracket this season. Hopefully with some Ego power Icon will guide themselves back until the Pro where must of them have players and deserve to be for a good few years now.
Good Luck.
Planet Eclipse.
