if you are trying to get the hose out of the adapters then i find a small spanner pushed against them helps a lot and if you dont intend using the length of hose again it oftern makes life a lot easier to cut it in the middle to take any pressure off the fittings so you arnt trying to pull 2 directions at once.
if it unscrewing the fittings thats doing your head in then its more than likely loctite that you are fighting against.
couple of options here, first one is cheat!!!! dont take it out at all, if it is the fitting you are trying to rescue to reuse it, forget it they are only a couple of quid, go get a new one! tho i guess im lucky living so close to planet.
2nd option is get the bugger out of there, 2 things are gonna help here, leverage and heat.
as somone already said warming it up will liquify the loctite and make life a lot easier, take the part off the marker and get the hair dryer on it till its nice and warm....dont worry a hair dryer wont get anything too hot to damage anno so just blast it till you cant pick it up! then get a hold of it in your mums best tea towel and you should be in buiness.
or get the sucker in a vice and get your tools out, but be careful you dont mark things with your tools, wrap stuff in a rag when you put it in a vice.....and use the right size spanner so you dont slip.
you will also find that when you build up macro line dont do it cold......mount the fittings then measure the hose...then warm (note i said warm not boil) the hose....i eather bung it in a pocket for a half hour or use a hair dryer if its handy....dont use warm water or steam as that is asking for water in your air line......heating the hose makes it a damn sight easier to curve it i find and makes for much neater end results.
