sorry if this is a daft question, but does every ego9 need the barb and plank doing, i have only just got mine so was wondering if i still need to have them done??

Is it possible to bring my new ego9 to Eclipse HQ to have the upgrade done by ur technicians. I called up on monday and the guy on the other end just gave me a blunt no and said it's a diy job

HOW TO GET YOUR PLANK KIT:
To get your FREE Plank Kit follow these simple steps:

1. Register your Ego9 marker for warranty.
2. Using the list of Eclipse Service Centers below, contact your NEAREST Eclipse Service Center via email providing the following information:
- Ensure that “Ego9 Plank Kit Request” is the title of your email.
- Specify your FULL name.
- Specify your FULL address.
- Specify the serial number AND colour of your Ego9.
- Your daytime phone number.

hey barrage its easy to change them yourself.

I was at Planet Eclipse today...the staff member told me that the plank upgrade supersedes the bard upgrade. i.e. with the plank mod you don't need the barb mod.

The Barb Does Work but the Planks work perfecct

it cant hurt to have both as they are a free upgrade
