what would be the ideal dwell setting be for a ego7 with a cure bolt??

Stock is fine, you can drop it down 2 ms if the gun is setup for it and broken in. Each marker is different so ideal you should test differents dwells over the chrono to see which give you the best results, a lower dwell can give you better efficiency but start to impact your consistancy so don't drop it too low..
