Hi guys just recieved my ego 10, there is some kind of sticky residue on the body not from me its kinda like a sticker has been removed like what you would reveal when removing a price tag from a cd case, i tried to remove it with a microfibre cloth but had no joy, my question is- nail polish remover??????????? or will this ruin the anno?

try it where you slot the barrel in, if its ok after a day try it

Are you sure you didn't get a bit to excited when you opened the box,,and had an accidental discharge...cum on were all men and we have all been there

But on a serious note white spirit will shift it and wont damage the anno

Aftershave or lynx type spray / cheap deodrant does the job also

i have managed to shift it frustrating having to do that straight out of the box considering the price

You could always fire Planet an email, they do have some of the best customer service in the business.

Isoproxyl alcohol 99.9% is my preferred method for removing most unwanted 'residue' !
