Ego velocity problem

Hi all, got a problem with my ego and any help would be usefull. Towards the end of the training session on sunday my ego just lost all its velocity, i hadnt changed any of the setting of adjusted the reg etc but when i took it out to the field after a short break the balls just drippled out the end. Tried it with a different air system and it had the exactly the same problem. I had my dwell on 9 so i turned it right up and it would work at about 13. I have stripped the gun down compleatly but there was no visable damage to any orings, seals etc apart from a very very small nick on the red buffer (would this effect it?) I cleaned and regreased it and put it back together it will work on dwell setting 9.9 now but no less.
Any ideas???

when did you last lube the ram? and whats your LPR set at

yes i stripped and lubed it all

When this happened to me I sent it back to Planet and it was the pilot valve section of the solenoid damaged by grip frame screws (but not by me )

A silly question, you changed the battery?

dont be silly, its got a fresh battery in it

Have you used light oil on the rammer?

Check all low pressure hosing for blockages / leaks when firing? Also air up your marker and push the bolt forward by hand, you should hear a 'farting' noise.

Even if battery is reading half full, stick another in.

Have you got Hybrid grips on the gun?
