Ego star trigger

Hi guys, is there any kinda standard way every body sets up their trigger on a ego with a star frame that works best and is super quick, or is it personal preference and if it is how do you know how to set it up? trial & error?

About as personal as how you have the seat in your car................asuming you drive !!!

I like my trigger to be quite loose, so when i walk it it kinda rolls, so i have to have it with a fair bit of pre and post travel other wise it bounces like a C-unit.

Set it how you like it most, then read the manual about setting it up so it doenst bounce.
