My misus has been asking me what i want for chrimbo and i'm thinking a STAR frame would go nicely on the ego....

I dont know an awful lot about the frame, but the two reasons i am interested is:

1. The snatch grip at the back, is used to jave a talon on my shocker and when i switched to the ego that was the first 'fault' i noticed compared to my old gat.

2. The spring return, i have always used very light trigger setups on previous guns but due to the ego being a bounce machine i have had to set the trigger up firmer than i'd like and i was wondering if the spring return would help me have a lighter trigger pull without bouncing?

I would greatly appreciate anyones advice on this as i dont want my missus spending her hard-earned for nothing cheers.

I have one and i think its awesome
Bit gutted at the cost but that soon goes as its a great peice of kit

*Snatch grip makes it much nicer to carry
*Integrated rail sets the bottle better for me personally (6'2'', long arms so it all helps)
*Spring return gives much smoother trigger pull and yes you can set it lighter and get rid of the bounce.
*Bigger trigger guard makes a noticeable difference

I had the star trigger on my old frame and didnt like it, but with the star frame and spring return coupled with the larger finger space it really works a treat and is faster to shoot.

hope this helps

I do like the snatch grip, very handy.

The spring thing, apparently there is a way to get it to be super light working off the spring. I'm trying to get this set up on mine by one of the guys from Phoenix.
Supposed to be the lightest you can have an EGO trigger.

Other than that, the star frame looks mint anyway and more room for you fingers :)

then again the integrated rail is only longer with the OOPS
if you get a different ASA you can set it forward and still enjoy the other benefits.

OR wait for 06 gear of course but that may take some time to arrive.
