since planets tecs are on holidays till monday i'll ask on here, since youve all done the tec couse.

ok gased up ego noticed a leak through the back end, took rammer apart lubed it up and put it back in, no change. so took rammer apart and changed the o rings ( eclipse ones) still no change, no better no worse. took the hole gun apart lubed everything up and gassed up without grip frame on and the leak is definately from the back, i can feel air from around the QEV's type area.

lets see what you've got , and before you say for me to take the teccy class, i'd love to if you want to pay the fare . :(

Have you checked your QEVS if your saying it is coming from that area? Might be just the hose or one of the barbs, although I wouldn't have thought that would cause the back end to leak?

When your saying 'around the QEV type are' you sure it isn't just the QEV. If so you will need to relpace it. They are not servicable as described in the manual as far as I am aware.

Have you also checked the o-rings on the rammer housing?

i'm not sure about the QEV's them selves, its only a very very gentle feeling of air around the QEVs on the outside. but a very noticeable leak and noise from inside the bolt area which gets louder when its out. i've checked and changed the orings on the rammer and the housing with no changed.not the LPR as thats working fine.

oh well looks like its going to planet 2moro :(

is there any damage to the solinoid... if you screw the grip screws in too far then it can damage the solinoid.. usually see some marking on the solinoid where the grip screws would be....???
