i'm on checking and cleaning a few Ego's in preparation for the big game, stripped cleaned and lubed etc except for on of the 04 / 05's i have here,

Started with a slight leak down the barrel the same way another did (rammer 'o' ring) took the rammer out, replaced all the 'o' rings and it was the same, replaced the valve guide and valve, and also the checked the LPR all seems fine.

When its aired up there is a leak, and feels like it's either down the barrel or where the LPR meets the body.

any ideas?

have swapped a few things could it be the front QEV?

where the valve fits into the valve housing check for dirt.

changed the guide, cleaned the face and the valve just incase :S

O ring in top of the FRM, o-ring around teh LPR body.

Use soapy water and a straw to drop it on and look for bubbles. Mind you, that end is electronics free, so you could immerse that bit in a bowl of water and look for bubbles.
