I've managed to strip most of my etek down to allow for re-anno'ing of some parts, however i can't remove the reg's swial collar on the reg.
Anyone able to help?

Do you not have the manual? It should tell you in there. I think you may have to remove the velocity adjuster and then it will come away from what I have just read.

You are going to have to take the elbow out for it to come apart as it catches a lip on the reg. Easiest way is with a pair of mole grips and a cloth to stop any damage to the macroline fitting. If you need any more info just ask...
tried grips etc - the little ****er is in good - and it's doing my head in
warmed the elbow up with boiling water, then a hair dryer with no luck

one more problem now though, how do i get the bits out of the bottom parts?
it's got the screw you turn to adjust the velocity etc, need to remove that before getting it anno'd
