Ego And Ion High or low?

Hello Men thanks for taking the time to help me out.

All I need to know is whether the Markers below are high or low pressure as I am getting both and need to know which regs im gonna need.

Smart Parts Ion - Low or High Pressure?

Planet Eclipse Ego Etek - Low or High Pressure?

Just incase I get asked this on "Who wants to be a millionaire!"

Ion can take both but runs better on high pressure no drop off or anything im not too sure on ego though possibly high but someone else will correct if im wrong

Egos are recommended to use hp, however i run mine on lp and it runs very nicely indeed................

ions can use either.
