ego 8 oops leaking

hi
i need some help with my ego 8 went to play today and it is leaking from the small hole closest to the ajuster on the oops. does any one know what has happened, how to fix and the best way to prevent it from happening again? thanks for any help offered.

Pull out the oops insert from the back of the oops. You will see three o-rings two on the outer of the insert and a smaller one where the pin come though the top. Take off the smaller one at the top and replace it. The size is 6nbr90there should be one in the spares bag. Then put a few drops of gun oil on that o-ring and replace the insert job done.
