Hi all,
Was out training yesterday with my ego 6 which i have never had any problems with before chopping, has a cure bolt fitted which i thought would help prevent this.
We were shooting blaze and at the start of the day everyone was having trouble with (think it was a bad batch) but most manage too cure it by altering their dwell or LPR settings.
I was shooting soup all day and am now worried that it is my gat or my hopper.
The traning before i had one break in my hopper and had too completely dis-assemble for the first time. Having read up on a few things i think i may have put it back together wrong and it might be forcing the balls into my gun too fast?
The spring that goes under the drive cone may have been put in wrong, however i have no way of telling as its the only reloader i own. It feeds well when i drop test it however it feels like there could be a lack of tension in the cone.
Im baffled and wondered wether there's anything glaringly wrong i can fix before next training.
I have set the ego back up as is said on the planet website as i tried upping the dwell too be softer on the paint which didnt help.
So just looking for any advice really. thanks in advance.
