ego 10 will not work

hi is there anyone out there who can help,my son and i are new to the sport, we have just purchased an ego 10,which will not fire,either with or without paint.display reconises paint in barrel, and thats about it. i live on merseyside, and i would be greatful if anyone can help.cheers carl

Push the bolt forward.
Turn on the air.

Does the bolt push back ?

Bottle with air check ?

HP air adjusted checked ?

Training mode checked ?

Brand new battery check ?

Shoots with eyes off ?

if you are new to the sport it is always a good idea to read the manual, these guns aren't as simple as ikea flat packs

in there they go over everything you should need to know to get started and maintain your gun without throwing too many technical terms at you

hi, yes it does. thanks for replying the air is very low but it works on my invert mini..could it need more pressure??

shouldn't need any more but before you try anything else it might be an idea to use a tank with more pressure so that you aren't solving problems that you don't have

you should get a reaction with minimal air , also note the battery . Once Ego's get to half battery life , they can be very erratic.

Take the bottle off, make sure you have an empty gun. Turn it on, turn the eyes off, then press the trigger multiple times, you should here the solenoid clicking , also note you should see your display change registering your trigger pulls. If you see none of the above happening, then you have a problem with your trigger.
