Ego 10 - Screen problem

Hi guys,

Just came to turn on my ego and the screen began to fade out to be blank - still colour present but no writing.

The marker will still fire and I I can still turn off the eyes the normal way once it's turned on.

Is there anything I can try to get it working again or will I have to replace the screen???

How much are new screens???
