Ego 10 bolt issue .

Hi guys..

I got an ego 10 recently .. And I've just had A quick look over it and such..
But I'm noticing the bolt doesn't seem to be returning back enough and it's indicating there a ball in the feed.
But whe I pull back on the bolt a little bit .. The display indicates the breach is clear, ?
It seems the bolt is sitting just over the eyes and not sitting back unless I pull on it..

Any advice would be greatly appreciated ..

make sure the bolt is seated correctly, with the pin sitting in the groove on the rammer. if you remove the bolt and look down you will be able to see where this groove is. if you have pushed the pin down in front of the rammer rather than in the groove then it will be sitting too far forward.

I'd check the rammer o-rings are ok and relube them. And battery

It's deffently in place correctly.. Should the bolt be greased at all as it seems a bit dry on movement ?

Brand new battery put in today . I will grease rings on blot and rammer..

The bolt should just have a couple of drops of oil on the o-rings, and use oil not grease on the rammer

Right ok.. Oil only on o rings and rammer.. No grease ..

I had the same problem on my ego, I changed the bolt and the problem was solved

If you know anyone with a etek or ego try their bolt on your ego and then you'll know if its the bolt or not...

Oiled bolt rings and rammmer.. Aired it up tested it.. All good !
