Ego 08 spares and repairs

Hello there,

I have a Blue Ego 08 thats lacking a board, also the barrel is seized together and slightly scratched due to work mates useless idea of an uncovered vice. It was swapped out to go in my GF's 08 but before it was flawless, so could be good for someone as a project or if they have a spare board.

Basically what would be a realistic asking price for it?

Also a Pink Lady 08, working order but getting weathered?

Ego 8s seem to be going for £150 or a few quid more if in good condition. A quick googles says replacing the board will be tricky, and probs £40-50 new, or a lucky find secondhand. I'd be offering £75 max to allow for the hassle invovled
