ego 08 barrel made chrome !

Hi everyone this is just a post to show/tell you about a fella i know who can polish the bits and bobs on your gun to make them chrome. He does a really good job and its £40 pound per hour.

Lump thanks for moving and my son posted these up for me as i have been in bed sick.
Yes this is just polished and not chrome, i had it done as i did not have a barrel to match my sl66 and was happy how it came out so thought i would share with you all on the forum.
I think the two parts of the barrel cost £15.00 to be done.

I hope that clears up the confusion?

Sweet so how much was the total for the barrel?? how lOng did it take?

just so you know polishing a part does not make it chrome its just well polished

if you want chrome you have to get it plated

..and because it's raw (un-finished) it'll need constant re-polishing to keep the shine

Yes this is now just polished aluminium and not chrome plated as my son had implied, sorry.
