ego 07 and 08

Can anyone tell me what settings to set my ego on for the PA so i am legal i have neither played tournament before total novice
Is ther any preset settings and do i just cap the max rof to 12.

oh and to cap semi on an 06 (dno if this helps) you have to set the "of rof"
