Ego '06 woes....

My son's Ego '06 is being somewhat troublesome,it's very loud,poping and farting if it's set anything other than std.
I changed the x-zorst valve with a complete kit to no avail.
I'm looking at the solenoid being the culprit now,as when I was firing it today with no grips on I was getting a lot of pressure ejected from the l/h side.
I removed the solenoid,resealed it and put it back together then ran out of air.
Also when I took it apart today I did notice one of the qev's was loose,could this have an effect?
Anywhere else to look cheers....

Still no go,and also a noticeable "kick" when fired,similair to the LPR being screwed in too far.....errrr help...

Tif just check that qev as I have seen a few qevs snap in the 06s and cause similar probs

I removed them both and re-loctited them.
My son used it today it seems to missfire or sound hollow as if there is no air delivery,in fact it is inconsistently inconsistent,by that I mean it has many guises..
I'll stirp out my reliable '05 and swap parts t'ill I sus it,cheers...

That's the first thing I thought but there's no marks,perhaps it just died...
They can be serviced/repaired can't they??
I'm glad I found out what it was anyway,cheers for the advice everyone...now all I need is a ;noid.....

they can be stripped and cleaned/serviced. Planet also sell the halves of the noid as well as a complete one.
