Ego 06 or 06 star Frame with Maniac Board?

Hi,

Was after some opinons please,

1) Do I buy an 06 Ego or
2) Get the 06 Star Frame with Maniac Board for my 05 Ego

Is it worth buying a whole new marker or is the star frame a good up?
I'm toying with the idea to purchase an 06 and keep the 05 for a backup.

I would stick an 06 frame on it, the 05 marker itsself is an excellent gun!!

while i am on, and a blatant thread jack, but does anyone know if the 06 board can be flashed with maniac software??

I am 99.9% sure it cant be flashed Jim.
The 06 star frame with the maniac board is an awesome up mate, well worth the cash

id stick with the 05 and put the frame on it if you intend to keep the marker for 07 season.

you cant flash maniac software onto the earlier boards cos the boards are different (think flash or someone told me the maniac board has more memory or a different processor - im not a technical person really) .
