Ego 06 Bolt+velocity problems

Hey guys. Just been down to training, and after basildon in london my bolt popped out in the last 2 matches, i have replaced the bolt pin and hoped that it would work fine as it was fine when dry firing even with some vigarous shaking.

I aired up and couldnt get the velocity above around 230 today.

i went onto the field and still after the first drill the bolt had popped out.

I gave up and used a DM7 all day, before i send this off to be teched or sell for a DM someone know why this problem might be?

have you tightened the ball bearing that keeps the pin pin secure? Its done my screwing in the grub screw in the back of the bolt.

Does it have a Titanium rammer in it?

just incase anyone else has the same problem with the bolt pin. i phoned up robert from eclipse and he said it is easily remedied by streatching the spring inside of the bolt slightly.

still unsure about the FPS problem

Had same prob with my 08,

Make sure LPR is flush, an up dwell by 1ms or so

i coudnt get mine past 240, an this solved it.

And, as I mentioned before. If this marker is new to you, it may have a Titanium Rammer in it.

If it does, it causes popping up of bolt pin, low FPS and damages your valve too.

Hence why I asked, as it covers both your problems.

No Skeet it's my old 06 and does not have a Ti rammer.

I had this trouble with my 05 once and it was down to the rear QEV being damaged.

A trip to Robert at PE will sort it Tremor.
