Adjusting a trigger is very easy, just tweaking a couple of screws with an allen key. Don't let that put you off getting the Virtue board.

Most people adjust their trigger anyway to get it to the best feelings for them.

Also is this LED lights for the "screen" ?

No, you loose the screen and have the lights instead
