Hey, regarding upgrades it shoots great from stock so unless there's something about it you don't like I wouldn't really bother upgrading (maybe get a cure 3 bolt and a newer oops) - thats just me though
As for orings and the like most of them are identical to newer ego models so ego10 orings will generally fit in ego5s, only thing that you might have trouble getting hold of it detents as they are different to newer models but i'm sure someone on here will sell you some!
Cheers. I've heared there's not much you need to do with it as 'out of the box' it's top. I found somewhere that did packs of detents, can't rememerb where. not sure where would flash it, possibly 'Rabies' on these forums could do it. But i'm not really sure you need to do it that much as most of the settings such as kick in you can set manually 
Yeah they take autococker barrels. Also, http://www.paintballwarehouse.co.uk/search.php?Category=27 sells ego 05 detents. There's not much you can do to EGOs other than a new bolt, reg, ASA, barrel and feedneck and a 15* FRM, even then, it's all just preference, my ego is completely stock and it shoots brilliantly, kicks a bit more than new markers, but it's pretty consistent with good paint.
Really, I really did get a good deal for £120....as long as it arrives. The guy I bought it off has kept in touch and has sold stuff before, so all should be good.
