Egg hopper help needed

Easy one.
How do u open it?
(edit for all u piss takers, open as in take it apart)

I took all the screws out, took the lid off but the two shells are still held very tightly near the feed neck and im not forcing it!!

definitely tight mate, I opened mine on Sat and thought it was going to break too. screw driver or knife down the seam helps

Egg hopper problems

Taking it apart is only half your problem, when you put it back together be sure you have the circuit board in the right place.
If not you could strip half the board off
And its not just muppets like us that can do this, the Tech guy in Bitburg did mine twice, so take it slow

the only trouble I had putting it back together was the battery wires getting trapped
