egg 2 + batteries... meh ;/

played twice with crappy 9v batteries in my egg, had some sweet problems ;/ like it would randomly just stop feeding :| would have to turn it off then on to get it to cylce again, NOT GOOD WHILE RUNNING DOWN A SUP AIR FIELD

so ive got some top quality dureacell rechargeables, although the output voltage isnt 9.6v its 8.4, anyone know whether or not im going to have the same problems on sunday? :/ (when i used the egg with crap batteries in the warm it worked fine but it was just emptying paint into pods, not into gun where its stopping and starting constantly)

anyone think the egg might be at fault ? :|

i have found just using duracell ultra or duracell procell do the job well.
I think its the same with anything just use descent batteries use crappy ones and things work crappy.

cheers man, we shall see on sunday, i think it might of just been the crappy batteries that collapsed under the cold weather ;/ I HOPE, cos i really cant be assed having to switch it on and off constantly alllll day again ;/

Always use the best batteries, duracell plus are very good.

You've had one day spoilt by crap ones.

loads of people have tried 8.4v rechargeables, and they're not up to the job.

i used to use two rechargables, uniross ones, top job, fast as ever, no difference from the performance with duracell or procell or nefing like that.

Im not sure, but i assume they are 8.4v.
