Leading paintball equipment developer, manufacturer and retailer, Planet Eclipse is to sponsor the PA National League.
The league will now be known as the Eclipse PA National League. A new sup'air field sporting the Eclipse logo should be here in time for round two. Eclipse will also be supporting some new features at the league such as Eclipse flags that will be awarded to the flag hanger, giving an extra dimension to the Fantasy Paintball points enjoyed by players last season. Eclipse Lanyards for registered player ID cards will be available at round one.
Antony “Ledz” Leadbetter of Planet Eclipse said: “Since the beginning of the PA League, Planet seems to have been involved at some level or another from the staff here playing on Manc Union to knocking Russell RuleBook’s head into the store counter with his weird and wonderful ideas. Planet wanted to be more involved this season and is very pleased to be able to give the PA League our support.”
The Chairman of the PA, Andy Hatton said: “The PA League brings together the most committed players in the UK to play the sport of paintball. Planet Eclipse have an outstanding reputation for dedication to the sport and commitment to the UK paintball scene. The active input from a brand that is a leader, not only in the UK but worldwide, is a significant step forward in the development of paintball as a legitimate sport in the UK. We are excited to be working with Eclipse and look forward to this collaboration.”
