Eclipse knee & elbow size guide?

Im looking towards getting the Eclipse Knee and elbow protection but cant find a size guide anywhere.
Anyone know of one or at least a rough guideline for them?

I've got 08 eclipse elbow pads up in the for sale section. Size L. I'm in Magor if you want to get a rough idea on size. Pass on Eclipse Knee pads i know i'm XL in the Dye core knee pads. Might give you a rough idea if you're a similar size as me
