eclipse EGO

What is it???? does anyone have any idea? i'm signed up to planet eclipse's news letter and i have had 3 different shot's of there "eclipse Ego" over the past few days.

I have mailed them but there keeping there lips sealed. So i decided to do some snooping and the only thing i can find are some patents:
