I have a Gloss Black Ego CCU Kit for sale includes:

Nexus Style Eye Covers (x2)
New C-Lever Clamping Feedneck
2006 Style LPR Cover

Comes with a silver Rammer Cap. This kit was taken from an Ego I bought and changed for a Glsss Gold Kit (hence the Silver Rammer Cap).

The Kit will fit any Ego 05 / 06.
