Hank : are you in the UK? are you aware of a Pi symbol on the bottle cause from the piccy it looks DOT to me and unusable in the UK, its just an expensive paperweight.

Should look like this in the photo.Found it on a thread about air bottles on this forum.Very handy.

The greek PI symbol should be on your bottle somewhere like in the photo.Apparently it is possible to get bottles which are both DOT (yank standard) and CE/EN (European/British standard) approved.And are marked as such.

Like the other posters have said,no PI symbol then its only good for stateside play.

Look at half way down where it says "Cylinder markings United States" marking format is identical.Very different from the EU/GB marking format.

God i sound like a right ****ing anorak!!! Thats staying in on a Friday night for you i guess. heheheheheh .

Hank, has the bottle been sold to anyone, as it looks to me and others that it is a "DOT bottle". I can't see either a "PI" symbol or "HSE" which it should have to be used in this country.
As the seller you have a duty of care when selling items such as this.
