Eblade prob

Took out the new eblade today all set up okay, know how to turn it on and turn eye on and off, thats all i need to know i think, well with the eye off with a revvy i was chopping alot, eye on with no balls it would do the really slow firing no matter how fast your fingers pull, problem is it was the same if i had paint in it? are the eyes fooked?

Dont know much about the Eblade Eye in particular but most problems in guns with eyes is that either the paint is black or striped, and this confuses the eye or the eye is covered in grease/dirt/paint and therefore cant "see" anything.

What paint are you using, and give the eye a quick clean.

I don't know how to clean the eye, but a damp cloth wipe might do it, but dont take my word for it.

Reading from E-blade manual..........

To clean sensor:-
use a 1/16th Allen key to undo sensor cover screw, wipe back and front of the "eye" with a q-tip. Then replace

The sensor is adjustable to detect all paint colours (read section 4-6 to 4-7 in the manual! )

The grip can even show you the reading from the sensor then when you drop a ball in it will show weather it is being detected, Apparantly the range is 0-255and its set at 128 (50%) from the factory, so adjusting this may help, And remember, if you screw up the settings you can always re-set it (Thank god!! )



p.s. With no paint it will cycle very slow, Its looking for a ball!!

just another possibility, does your revi have fresh batterys in? any slow feed will result in a poor supply of paint to the marker ie chops in eye off mode and slow rate of fire in eye on as the marker is restricting the firing cycle untill a ball is fully in the breach

- not wanting to be doing the granny sucking eggs thang (hmmm kinky)

check your eye readings...with breech closed, open and with a ball oin..
go to EYE-SHOW
