Well at the risk of getting publically humiliated by the world via the internet i'm gonna have to ask this question..............

I have an E2 frame on my e-cocker and to my wifes dislike i continually practice waliking the trigger with frame on and no air connected.

Now the best i have been able to get this to is only 12 bps according to the read out on the frame, this is constant though but still cant get above 12

One of my team mates came over last week and to my annoyance he proceded to " Practice for approx 2 1/2 hours till the battery died
( The only time i was glad my marker battery died!!!LOL)

But still the rate of fire read 12, now i would have thought that between us we may have fluked 13 at least once?

Is it just as i suspect that we are both rubbish or is their a simple setting i'm missing that caps the frame at 12 or does it make a differnce that the air isn't on, or is it soimething more serious?

Any advice on either a) my gun or b) my techique would be gratefully recieved.........and please be gentle if it turns out i'm just being stoopid or Plane Rubbish.

Open the grip....with gun switched on...press and hold red button...if gun doesnt explode....go into TIMG...scoll to CON..set this at 020...then scroll to COFF...set this at 018....remember, remember, the 5th of November...and, to note down what the two settings were on, before you changed them...so you can put them back after playing. I recommed, setting your CON time to around 40...which gives you around 14 BPS, eye off...should you need to turn it off during a game...that is of course...assuming your not using a Revvy.

Apologies

Sorry dude thought you were taking the Michael! Oops

Not gonna start messing with settings for now just try it with paint in and eye on at weekend and will then maybe have a play with settings.

Out of interest what situation would warrant you switching the eye off in a game becasue in my experience whenever i switch the eye off i chop 100% everytime.
