Guy willl contact you with story that he lives in the U.K., but in holiday at his parents home in Spain/Italy/Germany (delete as fit).
He will ship postage free as soon as he recieves the money via western union (whats that ringing I hear...sounds like alarm bells ).
If he doesn't get you to part with the money within three or four emails he disappears off the face of the earth and the ebay member de-registers.

Been there, seen it, done it.
It is actually quite a good sport baiting these guys.
