has anyone noticed that ebay fees are now 10%

just bought some items form someone local and on £325 he got charged nearly £40

Jeez, looks like I won't be selling my next Pc through ebay. Not to mention the paypal fees on top if you use that.

So if I sold my current pc for £1000... after paypal and ebay fees is get just over £850 for it
