i decided to pay 10 more dollers and get the e99 and i cant wait till it comes and what upgrades should i get

Hope you have a agitating hopper.
The only real upgrade you should definitely consider is the barrel. Stock barrels just don't cut it. The rest of the marker is pretty much as "upgraded" as they get.

I bought an E99 for my first marker and for the money you pay i think they are an excellent marker. But you need an agitating hopper and a decent barrel as mentioned. They run pretty sweet on a pre-set air system too 
Would surgest a spring kit. I use the shocktech ones, makes mine run like a dream.
Best barrel for your money, in my opinion, would be a Nyte stick or J&J ceramic.
Echo F@_******* with the pre-set air. I was getting about 650-700 shots out of a 0.8, 3000psi.
