I have heard that the e2 will take the race eye kit with a modified plug. Is this true? Otherwise is there any other break beam kits that will fit it since planet are being slow to release theirs.

All breakbeam kits have the same components....
If you can solder, or know someone who can, then all the parts can be bought from RS components.

so in theory it should work. Does anyone know of any issues with the software that this may throw up?
