E1 Upgrade

Anybody heard anything about when or if the upgrade board will be released?

The Board Should be Available within the next couple of weeks or so...

We are aiming to get them out in by the End of January..

btw,,,what was the hold up? I read somewhere that it was the fit for the LED E1 Frame that was causing a problem.

A board that doesn't bounce may become not needed though if the 15bps thing goes ahead...

Although the pretty LCD and extened battery life would still push me towards fitting one

Would there be a temptation to release a version of the upgrade with a ramp feature capped at 15bps if this new rule does come into play?

If this new Rule does come into play then i think you will see almost most companies will make a board that will ramp to 15bps.

However the rule is gay and hopefully we wont have to worry about that or not play in the uk.
