BUT, do I go with E-vents or Grills? And does anyone know where i can get white e-vents/grills from?

e-vents unless you want to look like darth vader in which case grills

Vents are really nice!

But only look good in white/black.

E-Vents ALL the way. Black ones are incredibly sexy, very ninja. Or the white ones look sweet too.

Grills are smaller than the events, so try them both on first
