e-vents missing tab

Hi chaps

Bought a set of e-vents brand new at Paintfest this weekend, and was only when I got home and came to clean it, I noticed that the right hand lock tab was missing. Obviously this could have fallen off during use or it may never have been there from new, I don't know. I've never seen a lock system that you could actually have the lock parts fall off, a tether would be good (and think I'll be doing that). Are these tabs critical to keep the mask safe?

Where do I get some new tabs from please?

I lost the tabs after about the first month of using mine. Not a problem at all while wearing them without the tabs for me, however i'm sure they are put on for a reason and it's better to be safe than sorry.

F3Z: Yup, precisely that... I want to know if it's safe to use them without, else I'll need to get some more.

I dont use the little tabs on E flex,never miss them.
It's not a problem without them ,E vents Avatar don't have them( or at least sons don't)
