E-Vents gen 1 single pane lens coating problem

Ok here goes, owned 2 E-Vents from new one white/black other yellow/black, how can I go about getting both the single lenses replaced with the new gen 2 super coated lenses? I assume they are covered as they are known to be deffective as they bubble up/peel.
