E-tek - HP/LP?

Hi folks

Can anyone give me a definitive answer as there seems to be the usual conjecture.

For info I havea 1.1 fibre bottle with a crossfire LP reg

However i hear the flow rate on the crossfire is sufficient for them

yeah just got the same response from Nicky T. seems that the crossfire is one of the few that has a suitable recharge/flow rate.

Got a totem air LP reg (bit on the long side, works at 450psi)on mine and so far so good. If there's any drop-off it's not noticeable.
