For some reason i've stopped recieving e-mail notifications from P8ntballer forums.
All my e-mail address is there, and auto notify is checked.

juds have been playing up for ages and i couldnt work out why i thikn its something to do with aol blocking em or something

I think some ISPs are implimenting spam guards over the past few months. I think the likes of AOLs guard classes the content of notifications as spam... no way around it I'm afraid if the ISP is controlling the banned list and rules for what is or isn't spam

It *IS* your ISP's spam filter....
They should send you a list, or at least notify you/keep an archive of your filtered mail, and you should be able to then reply and tell them to get their thieving hands of your notifications....after which normal service should resume
